Lots of antiques at this Auction!
Last year, we had ten auction rings that sold simultaneously for most of the day. We sold approximately 6900 different lots, with an estimate of 7000 people in attendance from all over the United States! The auction will include horse drawn machinery (new and reconditioned) with a good selection of carriages, wagons, carts, etc. Shop equipment, a variety of hand tools, a range of new and used tack and harness will also be sold. Farmstead type antiques, collectibles, household items, Amish made quilts, furniture (including lawn furniture), and much more will be sold. We will also be selling small animals including but not limited to chickens, goats, sheep etc. Come enjoy the day with us!!
CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION
Consignment items may be delivered to the sale site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday & Friday prior to sale day.
IMPORTANT—PLEASE NOTE:
No consignments will be accepted on Saturday morning except for small animals and fowl. Consignors are responsible for making sure all items are properly registered in, tagged, and/or numbered. Small animal and fowl consignors must provide cages, coops, or boxes for buyers. All out of state fowl need to have health papers at time of check-in. Goats need scrapies tags.
The following items will NOT be accepted: motorized equipment, modern firearms, licensed vehicles, electronics; no pigs, llamas, horses, or dogs. No junk consignments please! The Sale Committee reserves the right to refuse any consignment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Please obtain a Buyer’s Number upon arrival. We will not be accepting payment until 10:00 AM.
Payments Accepted: cash, good check with proper ID, credit & debit cards. Buyers not known to the Sale Management must have current Letter of Credit for major purchases. Settlement to consigners will be mailed within approximately 14 business days. Items not removed from the sale grounds within 14 business days will be property of the Sale Committee. Please bring proper Dealer tax number and exemption forms.
Announcements made Sale Day take precedence over advertising. *Neither consigners nor agents will be responsible in case of accident, injury or theft. *Buyer must assume immediate responsibility for any purchases.
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
Commission rates are 10% on items over $451.00 and up, 15% on items from $1.00 to $450.00.
The no sale fee is $10.00 per item.
There will be an additional charge of $1 per lot for ALL items consigned. All items sold privately on the sale grounds are subject to commission.
All sale errors must be corrected within 45 days of sale date or be voided. No Sunday load outs.
